After being on the water Friday and Saturday, changing the weigh in time to 12:00 PM was the right call. To say it was hot would have been an understatement. For that being said, all in all it wasn’t a bad day on the lake. Congratulations to everyone who came out and braved the heat.
Also, congratulations to Mike Saleeba for clinching the AOY for the Florida BASS Nation South Region Pro Am Series. He edged Jim Joseph by a mere 10 points. Bobby Watson clinched the Co-Angler of the year as well. Mike and Bobby will both be advancing to the Florida BASS Nation State Team and directly to the BASS Nation National Championship next year.
