On November 23, 2024 Colt Wiliams (Northwest Region Director) hosted the first Florida BASS Nation Northwest Region Pro Am Qualifier for the 2024 – 2025 season on Lake Wimico. There were seven (7) different Florida BASS Nation Clubs represented. The turnout on the Angler side saw twenty-three (23) anglers competing for the top prize and the all important “Angler of the Year” points and one (1) Co-Angler. Again this season, the finishers in the top 85% in the AOY and CAOY race, upon the completion of the four (4) qualifiers, will advance to the Florida BASS Nation Pro Am State Championship being held on Lake Okeechobee November 1 & 2, 2025 out of Scott Driver Park with the top finishers earning a birth to the BASS Nation Championship in 2026 and a shot at making the coveted Bassmasters Classic. Thanks to all that competed and congratulations to the top finishers listed below. The next Northwest Qualifier is on January 25, 2025 on Lake Wimico out of the White City ramp.
