After postponing by one (1) day it seems like everything went pretty good. The weather was great, not too hot, not too windy and no rain. The FBN South Region Pro Am had a total of 32 fishermen competing, 21 Anglers and 11 Co-Anglers. The weights were a little lower than expected. There were 129 bass brought to the scale totaling 272.01 pounds with an average of 2.11 pounds per bass. The Co-Anglers came to play, they bettered the anglers in the top two spots overall and also had big fish for the tournament.
Our next Pro Am will be held on July 9, 2022 out of Okeechobee launching from Scott Driver park. The registrations for this tournament will close at 11:00 PM on July 6, 2022. I look forward to seeing a great turnout.
